AIM Independent Music Awards 2019 – The Nominees

The Association Of Independent Music (AIM) announced the nominees for this years AIM Independent Music Awards yesterday. Amongst the nominees are many Proper distributed artists including Jade Bird, whose nominated in 3 categories, Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes, Little Simz, Erland Cooper, Freya Ridings and Hospital Records’ Sick Music 2019 compilation.

AIM CEO Paul Pacifico said “It’s great to see the diversity among this year’s nominees, which is a testament to the huge range of quality independent music being produced in 2019. We’re looking forward to honouring established artists like Debbie Harry, and relishing exciting upcoming performers like Georgia.”

The 2019 ceremony will mark 20 years of the Association of Independent Music (AIM) and will champion the industry-leading creativity, innovation, and performance shown by independent artists, labels and outstanding individuals.
